What to Watch For
Start with the foreground: at first the crystal's facets are crisp and the figures behind it are barely recognizable. After about a second the zone of sharpness moves back; the crystal turns into a soft glow while Suseka's blue hair and MeiHua's fan come clear. Once focus settles, the two turn toward the camera at about 2.5 seconds, their eyes on the crystal in front. The red light on the right wall keeps pulsing throughout.
