01Can I use my creations commercially?
Yes. What you create with Fuse is yours, not ours. We don’t claim ownership of the images, videos, or other content you generate, and you’re free to use them for personal or commercial purposes—even after your subscription ends.
02How long are purchased credits valid?
Add-on credits are valid for 90 days from the purchase date.
03When do plan changes take effect?
Upgrades are settled immediately. Downgrades and switches from annual to monthly billing take effect in the next billing cycle. Switching to annual billing takes effect immediately, with the price difference prorated.
04Will I lose my benefits immediately if I cancel my plan?
No. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and your current credits and plan benefits remain available until then. Purchased credit packs and upgrade packs remain available according to their respective expiration rules.
05What can I purchase without a subscription?
You can purchase credit packs without a subscription. 1080p upgrade packs are available to subscribers only.
06Who processes payments and receipts?
Online payments are collected by Alchemint LLC (United States) through Stripe. View complete receipts and payment records in Transaction History.
07Can I use Fuse without signing up?
Yes! Guests can view the storyboard images, but the included guest credits aren’t enough to generate a video.
08Why don’t you offer Seedance Mini or Fast models?
The standard model delivers the most consistent results. We don’t want users to get stuck in an endless cycle of regenerating clips just to get a usable result.
09Will my credits be refunded if an image or video generation fails?
Absolutely! Credits for failed generations are automatically refunded. If you don’t see them returned, submit a support ticket through our Discord and we’ll take care of it.
10Can you issue invoices for business customers?
Yes! For now, please submit a business invoice request through our Discord, and our team will assist you. We also support Taiwan Uniform Invoices for business customers in Taiwan. Please include your company name and Unified Business Number in your request.
11Does generating text-based content use credits?
Not at the moment! As we’re still in the early stages of operation, text-based content generation is temporarily free and won’t use any of your credits.
12Which models do you use for text generation?
At the moment, text generation is powered by Moonshot AI’s Kimi K2.6 through OpenRouter. We also plan to add premium models from OpenAI’s GPT family and Anthropic’s Claude family in the future.
13Are you using the authentic models?
Yes. We don’t have the time or budget to work with mystery providers—let alone debug their APIs for them. We only use genuine models through trusted, traceable API services.
