How the Edit Works
This is a wide shot of the corridor: on the left Zlatia holds her hand on the panel, lit green; Shami and Kai, who holds the sealed box, stand behind her to the right; on the right the barred gate slides aside. Once the gate has slid all the way, from about 0.55 seconds the people, the gate and the lights stop together, and nothing moves again until about 2.7 seconds. The freeze was requested in the prompt and produced within a single generation.
To make a freeze feel deliberate, time it to a clear result, such as a door fully open, a ball leaving a hand or the peak of an expression, and make sure every person and prop that matters is in frame at that instant. In the prompt, give the start and end of the freeze, list what stops, and describe the action that resumes afterward so the two sides connect.

What to Watch For
Watch the gate on the right first: it is still sliding at the start and reaches the end of its travel at about 0.5 seconds. Then everything stops at once: Zlatia's hand on the panel, the box in Kai's hands, the reflections on the floor. The picture holds until about 2.7 seconds. When it moves again, Zlatia's hand leaves the panel and the light switches from green back to red.
