The picture sinks to full black, then a new scene slowly brightens out of it, putting a pause between two places or times.

How the Edit Works
The fade out, the black and the fade in were all requested by the prompt within one generation. In the result, the image starts dimming at about 0.7 s and is fully black by 2 s; black holds until about 3.6 s; the new image starts brightening at 3.6 s and is back to normal brightness by 4.9 s, about a second earlier overall than written.
Give each of the three parts its own time range and end state (fully black; fully lit). Write the black section on its own as "no image at all", or the two scenes may run into each other as a dissolve. After the fade in, let the setting appear before the characters enter, so viewers have time to recognize the new place. After generating, check the brightness frame by frame to confirm the black section is really there.
When your story moves from one location to the next, place a fade out and fade in between the two storyboard panels and generate the transition with fuse's AI film maker.

Shami and Kai Miren, who carries the sealed box, walk in through the side door toward the camera with the lights and crowds of the station plaza behind them, and the whole picture sinks to black. After the black, a short concrete corridor lined with warm guide light strips slowly appears, and the two enter from the far right end and walk toward the camera.
What to Watch For
Follow the brightness: the picture is normal for the first 0.7 s, then the characters and the plaza behind them dim evenly until the frame is black at 2 s. The black lasts about 1.6 s with no leftover image. From 3.6 s the corridor rises out of the dark, the warm light strips along the floor showing first, and normal brightness returns at 4.9 s; the two walk in from the far end at about 4.5 s. The two locations never overlap, and the black gap cleanly separates outside from inside.
