In a tracking shot the camera's speed has to stick to the subject's: as the subject starts, speeds up and stops, the camera does the same, so the subject holds a steady spot in the frame and the movement of the background becomes the evidence of speed. In the prompt, say who the camera follows, from which side, and whether it moves parallel or at an angle, and give the background recognizable reference points, like the wall lamps here.

What to Watch For
The first second or so is where the tracking is clearest: Biwa's coat streams behind her and she barely moves within the frame while the wall and lamps behind her move. When the group stops, so does the camera, and the next three-plus seconds are a standing shot. There, notice Biwa still holding the box in both hands, and Ruk in the foreground turning first toward everyone and then toward the right of the frame.
