Edge Light
Create a narrow line of light along the edge of a figure or object to separate it from the background.
Prompt
Use Edge Light: add a narrow controlled light from behind and camera-right that creates a thin bright line only along the light-facing outer hair, shoulder and coat edges of the original character. Keep the frontal features and clothing readable with subdued ambient exposure. Respect occlusion so the line breaks where an edge faces away; no uniform glowing outline, halo or added object.

Effect comparison
In the baseline image, Biwa's hair and the outer edges of her coat tend to merge into the dark surroundings. Edge light traces a narrow bright line along the hair, right shoulder and coat, breaking naturally where it is obstructed while keeping frontal illumination restrained. The brighter outline separates the figure from the background without shifting the main emphasis away from the existing body shape.
